A great way to start your day (and get breakfast) is by visiting the iconic Seal Beach Diner – Ruby’s on the pier. A short walk to enjoy the fresh ocean air and you find yourself at the 1950’s themed diner that offers a wide variety of breakfast entrées including my favorite, the Huevos Rancheros.
If you do decide to visit Ruby’s on the pier for breakfast, ask to be seated in Juan’s section. He has worked at Ruby’s along time and knows the menu, gives prompt service and never needs to be asked for a refill. For more information on places to visit while in Seal Beach, be sure to get a copy of “10 Things to do When Visiting Seal Beach”, the ebook offered on the right side of this page. Have you dined at Ruby’s before? If so, tell me about your favorite dish in the reply section below.
