If you are partial to close-knit neighborhoods where the neighbors know one another, invite you to their barbecue and prefer a short walking distance to the beach and restaurants you’ll want to consider this Seal Beach home. This falls under the category of “Good”.

Although bank owned, the home is clean, vacant and move in ready with the exception of a refrigerator (though I’m sure you could get the bank to through one in). This Seal Beach home for sale falls into the “Good” category.
